| Michael Burnette
Trainer, coach, facilitator, and author Michael Burnette has been a human development trainer since 1992. Prior to that he had an outstanding career as an executive for a major American broadcasting firm. His strength as an executive was the development of high-performance teams, and his achievements included leading the programming efforts of a group of radio stations that became dominant forces in their markets. One station programmed set a record for consecutive #1 ratings, then another of the group broke that record.
As a General Manager, he led the turnaround of a significant property, creating a greater than 300% increase in revenues in approximately two years.
He has delivered three- and four-day high impact personal effectiveness trainings for the public across America and in Russia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan.
As a corporate and organizational trainer he has created and led Team Effectiveness workshops for such clients as Bayer Pharmaceutical, In-Focus Systems, the US Forest Service, and the Bureau of Land Management.
A Master Trainer, he has created or co-created numerous seminars and workshops including two multi-day curriculum pieces for a major United States personal effectiveness training company.
In 2000, he led an extensive series of Change Management workshops for top and middle management of Nokia, the largest company in Europe in Finland, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Greece.
His business coaching clients include CEO’s of large manufacturers and import/export brokers.
He has also taught technical classes in the administration, scoring, interpretation and application of a leading personality profiling instrument.
Michael makes his home outside a small town near Seattle, Washington and shares his life with his wife, Kerry, and two Newfoundland dogs. They have three grown children. He is an expert skier, a journeyman cook, a tolerable piano player and an enthusiastic motorcyclist.
